1 General Provisions and Scope of Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 39ok platform and its users. By using 39ok's services through the 39ok website, mobile application, or any other channel, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

• Each bonus offer has a set expiry period; unused bonuses are automatically cancelled after expiry.
• Restrictions on bet type and amount may apply while using a bonus.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• VIP members will receive special benefits according to their tier: up to 0.4% weekly cashback for Bronze, up to 0.8% for Silver, up to 1.1% for Gold, and up to 1.5% for Platinum.
• One bonus may not be combined with another bonus unless explicitly stated.

If any of the above violations are proven, 39ok is entitled to forfeit all funds in the relevant account and take legal action if necessary.
